The briefing will request a mediastrategy with a mix of traditional media and interactive media (for the YMCE Strategy edition) or a digital and data strategy based on the briefing and dataset received from the advertiser of that particular year.
For the YMCE Strategy, radio must be one of the selected traditional mediatypes being a medium with high activation powers.

At 4 pm all teams must submit their dossier and hand it over to the jury on a USB stick. Then a lot-drawing determines the order in which the teams have to present to the jury for 12 minutes , with both team members being heard . Their strategy will be presented orally to a jury of specialists, which consists of senior planners and experienced marketers and the advertiser that gave the briefing.

The judges award points in an anonymous evaluation table after each presentation and deliberate after the last presentation. At that point, results may still change.
